There is a Book Detail template, but it is apparently not used. Instead the Single Post template has much of the Book Detail template code plus some things. This works ok when you only have book posts, but leads to lots of conditional code when you add things like audio and short story, etc. It's recommended to use a Book type and have it use the appropriate Book detail template.
