This is throwing some odd errors and having navigation (page forward/back) issues. I suspect some bad containers.

check 1.9 https://scaife.perseus.org/reader/urn:cts:greekLit:tlg0548.tlg001.perseus-eng2:1.9 children seem to work but 1.9 itself does not
