This file was changed in cvs in August 2014. These changes may not be in the file in the canonical directory. Specifically, entries were not being displayed from philippides-bio-1 through philippus-bio-1a. There was no subsequent update so I have not been able to test if the changes I made to the cvs P4 text successfully fixed the error.
