@balmas plz take a look--see tlg0006.tlg009.grc2 diff with grc1--I ran fix-misc.pl to renumber the lines, and began fixing the output by hand, but it's still super wonky--the confirmed number marks don't match up, mandating a and b line numbers, for which there was already precedent. What range exactly is needed for Vortex? At least I can make that citeable.

@annakrohn @AlisonBabeu new EpiDoc versions of tlg0059.tlg003 and tlg0006.tlg009

tlg0006.tlg009.perseus-eng1 was in canonical_protected--now it's fixed and put in canonical as per the directive from @gregorycrane
