fix hack for alphanumerics in citation scheme #145

As soon as the CTS 5 code is the default in Perseids I need to go back and correct all of the texts for which I hacked the citation scheme to use decimals instead of alphas (e.g. see 0dfaf75946a4c2e67be7efe4e0aaa981d30da7bb) because this is a really really bad thing for the CTS refs (as the period is actually forbidden here...)
