I've noticed a few problems in the Thucydides text that are due to conversion problems from beta to unicode. Parentheses have been interpreted as breathing marks, such as here (Thuc. 2.31.2)
ʽχωρὶς δὲ αὐτοῖς οἱ ἐν Ποτειδαίᾳ τρισχίλιοι ἦσαν̓,
the closing bracket has landed on top of the character nu.
