Same TLG number assigned to two authors-Justus of Tiberis and Pausanias Lacon #156

While reviewing the inverted FHG mods file I discovered that two authors, Justus of Tiberias and Pausanias of Lacon were accidentally given the same TLG ID, tlg2497.

Justus of Tiberias is tlg2497 and Pausanias Laco is tlg2407, I will be changing the records here as well as in the Agile Humanities Repository.

One question @cwulfman where do I find the authority records in the Agile repository to correct them? I couldn't seem to figure out where that data lives!

Everything's on the development branch at the moment, and not very well arranged. I'll clean up/move around some of that data this afternoon and tell you when it's ready to check out.

Actually, the author MADS haven't yet been copied/generated in the perseus-catalog-makeover repository, so there's no need to update anything there yet.
