Series info not migrated to converted MODS #159

The way to do this is probably to harvest the series information from the old records, clean it up to make it consistent, and then add it back by hand.

Actually this one would be super tedious by hand as there are so many records, and for the Teubner and Loebs it was pretty clean and consistent for most of the records, so let's not close this one for the moment.
