tlg0094.tlg001 should be Pseudo Plutarch #99

De Fluviis. It's recorded as Plutarch but it's 100% a Pseudo.

This was one issue that slipped in the original push to create the catalog, I had meant to create a separate authority record for Pseudo Plutarch, as that is the author listed for the MODS records for the various works under tlg0094, including De Fluviis. I will create an authority record for Pseudo Plutarch, and edit the necessary textgroups.

I have created an authority record for Pseudo Plutarch in catalog_pending(https://github.com/PerseusDL/catalog_pending/commit/c9880ffd40a5cc1fab29eda9da5436828df7d931), deleted the tlg094 from the authority record for Plutarch in catalog_data and updated the necessary work files author names. Hopefully this will solve the issue in the next update.
