I've created this issue as a placeholder and reminder for the large corpus of Philo Judaeus translations that are being added in the First1K collection (https://github.com/OpenGreekAndLatin/First1KGreek/pull/2725).

The Philo Judaeus texts also need to have their URNs updated to reflect their 1st1K status rather than OPP which had been meant to be used exclusively for Perseus catalog editions.

Created catalog metadata for all these editions.
