(phi2003.phi004.opp-lat1.xml) new edition #27

phi2003.phi001.opp-lat3.xml = this appears in the catalog/cite collections phi2003.phi002.opp-lat2.xml = bumped this in cite phi2003.phi003.opp-lat2.xml = bumped this in cite phi2003.phi004.opp-lat1.xml = Appendicula

So only phi2003.phi004 is missing, and this is the same volume as the above editions.

I added in metadata for this next work to the catalog_data inverted.mods.xml file so I'm going to close this issue.
