Fixed uppercase letters in keys. #36

There were two invalid keys, "C1" and "C2", which required further changes.

All words beginning with "dh" had their keys wrong: they all began with "D.H." instead of "dh" (hence "D.H.=ta" instead of "dh=ta"). In the current version of Perseus such words are inaccessible from the word study tool.
