Fix user reported typos, add header credit entry #87

For no dum -> nodum, cf. pg 1644
For dēnĭquē -> dēnĭque, cf. pg 545
For fleri -> fieri, cf. pg 91
For tasto -> taste, cf. pg 101
For sensusjudicat -> sensus judicat, cf. pg 101
For condita and turpe, cf. pg 1455

I am wrapping up my heavy editing work in this dictionary (for now), so I have added a credit entry to the header marking these contributions. I can remove this if this is no longer preferred practice.

@nkprasad12 Thank you for this. The header needs to be updated to current best practices at some point. I do appreciate the change note. It may become a credit at some point when the lexica are presented in the new reading environment. I really appreciate all of this work!
