Changes instances of `- ` in orths to just `-`, and some other misc changes #89

Looking at the scan of the text, it seems like where there is a slightly larger spaces between a - and the surrounding words within an orth, the digitization sometimes has an extra space. But it seems to me that these are a mistake since this happens within regular compounds that are clearly one word.

@nkprasad12 It looks like the Hebrew was added without a header language declaration?

@lcerrato sorry I missed this! I was travelling internationally for a few weeks and it fell off my radar. Apologies for missing the Hebrew language declaration - I actually meant for all of the Hebrew to be in a single PR, but it seems I accidentally left some diffs as part of this one instead of the next one.

@nkprasad12 Not a problem. I was out on a sick leave when this initially came in so it sat for a while.
