Add google analytics to views

I added this to the passage_footer, but it should really be on all pages (see https://github.com/Capitains/flask-capitains-nemo/issues/68 where @PonteIneptique and I are arguing about the best way to do this) and also we may want to explore using the python google api to enable tracking of api calls.
