Layout, formatting, and text overhaul. #34

Styles

Consolidated and cleaned up colour names inside tailwind.config.js.
Slightly muted colours for less eye strain.
Consistent text styles throughout (markdown pages still WIR).
Consistent link styles throughout.
Consistent margins and padding.
Added hover border interaction to buttons, prices, gallery, and sponsors.
Added missing responsive elements throughout.
Begun implementation of framework for dark/light mode (not in use currently).

Layout

Removed alert banner (commented out for when required).
Removed "Access" section.
Removed redundant space in nav menu.
Set sitemap in two columns (responsive).
Shuffled around homepage sections.
Rewrote/updated most text blocks.
Changed several icons.

Outstanding issues

Pages built from /_pages (markdown) still have some text style inconsistencies with the homepage, mainly headings.
