Update README: How to update plugin distribution on Chrome? #1

Quick things:

  1. Can we add the link to instructions and a short summary for updating the plugin distribution via the Chrome web store?
  2. Does it make sense to transfer ownership to a lab account?

  2. I just tried transferring ownership to PervasiveWellbeingTech and it said that it already is the owner

Just to confirm (for point 2), I mean transferring ownership of the chrome plugin to a pervasive wellbeing email account (for purchasing should suffice); and, maybe leaving some instructions for making this transfer in the future.
