Add navigation helper #32

How about adding some functions and make router instance more usable? I have some configs.

Hi @matinzd Can you provide them as a branch? then we will continue as a PR :) anyway have you looked at React Navigation 5 and new hooks? It's not released yet but I think we can get prepared for it 👍
