It is hard for beginners to start from scratch. It would be helpful to start from some sample model. Maybe one sample for every well known category is good enough. These sample models could be on the list of a webpage with description of each of them . Once user clicks on one of them, a new project with that sample model was created automatically on the popup Node-RED model editor.
