Bombers barely get 2 bombing runs if they survive and cant really get much value from rearming. This is especially bad when air units get damaged as they then have to wait a long time to reload + repair. This change shouldn't affect much as air units usually get killed by anti air anyways, but it is more rewarding when air units survive.
There could probably be a special timeout for air too, but the heavy timeout should do for now.
Slight adjustments to chickens to make more choices viable. Minor nerf to Viper metal cost to reduce the power of oneshot wave spawns which instantly win the game. Buffed bombs to be more viable again. They are still lower than their original aoe with the exception of Skuttle, but Skuttle isnt able to jump so a slight buff seems ok.
