mergelocales fails on linux #24

The mergelocales script fails on linux, maybe because the file was created 
on windows and the end-of-line character is wrong? 

How it fails:
It fails to recognize the non-uibinder section that starts with:
### NON-UIBINDER TRANSLATIONS
All the non-uibinder translations are marked with:
# TODO: DEPRECATED (CONSIDER REMOVING)

Also, it failed more on the first run. All the french translations were 
marked with:
# TODO: CONFIRM TRANSLATION (DESCRIPTION CHANGED)
