Get more information from the OpenId provider #57

Right now, only email and language are obtained from the OpenId provider. 
Nickname and other desirable fields could be obtained, if availables.

Let's not do this. For one thing, Google doesn't seem to provide more useful 
information. Also, the users would be requested to provide all the additional 
information, which is currently optional. It's better to use a "soft" incentive 
for 
the user to fill-out his information. See Issue 59.
