Display the nickname in the top bar #59

Instead of the email, the first part of the top bar should display:

Welcome XXXXXXX

Where:
XXXXXX is the nickname if available, otherwise the real name, otherwise the 
email (before the @).

If it's the email display a (change this) hyperlink that goes to the Settings 
page with a tip indicating to fill-in the real name and/or the nickname.

Also, relax constraints on real name and nick name. Almost anything should 
do.
