Can access Settings page when signed out #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in
2. Sign out
3. Very quickly (cut & paste) go to #!settings

The navigation should fail, as the page is not supposed to be accessible. 

However, the settings page is displayed for the previously logged-in user. If 
he attemps to modify any field and commit, an exception is triggered.
