Puzzle highlight doesn't follow the mouse in IE7 #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In IE7 go to the puzzle view
2. Move the mouse around quickly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The highlighted element (cell/edge/vertex) should follow mouse movement, but 
sometimes it doesn't.
