methtuple is a methylation caller for methylation events that co-occur on the same DNA fragment from high-throughput bisulfite sequencing data, such as methylC-seq.
Strand information is now recorded in output as either '+' (forward strand), '-' (reverse strand) or '*' (not applicable). Removed --strand-specific parameter and replaced with --strand-collapse, which effectively has the opposite meaning.
