Error thrown on startup

Only error apparent is: RuntimeError: The GPIO channel has not been setup() as an OUTPUT

4f7533c2a230b1b58a9776c27445a22b701db354 gets things started, but we're still seeing the above error message.

And by 'gets things started' it appears I mean, starts the background processes but Flask doesn't.
