Improve setup script #25

Things like ensuring the correct overlay is loaded, the web files are copied to the correct directory, etc., are all manually done. It really should be performed during operation of the setup script.

Need to be able to: Set where files are copied to, adjust startup scripts accordingly Set TEMP sensor type, path and GPIO line for related relay, as well as GPIO line for non-temp related relay
