At the latest run in production, I noticed that the GPIO (Stir/Fan) pins didn't seem to trigger the relay. I do need to check up on this.

This could be due to the fact that I've wired them up incorrectly. I'm 99% certain of this, in fact, however am loathed to test mid-run of production.

Tested out of production. Fairly certain I've fixed, somewhere....
