Correct requirements.txt #34

requirements.txt was created on a clone of current production, using 'pip freeze'. As such, it includes some libraries that are probably not required for the standalone system. Need to go through and check and delete the ones that aren't needed.

Fixed with 738d1500eaa8061a54f177ab2981650d6e221a27 and 8b326b6d7ab1135658e6d094cdc94e3dbe66d562 amongst other attempts...
