Added indentation and comments #1

Hi Pete, I'm just getting started with the whole GitHub and LaTeX thing so I'm starting out with a documentation and indentation change that should not affect the functionality of the class. Hopefully the style is at least tolerable and makes it a little easier to understand; I know the indentation and sections definitely help me navigate around in the text. Please let me know if you'd prefer a different comment style or if you have any feedback.

I have compared the sample PDFs generated by the existing file and the one I've updated and I don't see any differences in either draft or application mode.

It looks like I did do a branch for my changes after all, hopefully that's shown on your end. The branch name is Additional_Documentation.

If you want, you can do a branch on your project and I can set that as my upstream and do another pull request.

I was able to change this pull request to the newFeature branch, let me know if it works
