the file doc/InkscapeDocumentProperties supposed to be a png file. While it wasn't cause immediate problem to PatentApplicationGuide.lyx, but it would cause "cant' find file" error when 'pdflatex PatentApplicationGuide.tex' while the PatentApplicationGuide.tex is exported from PatentApplicationGuide.lyx as LaTeX(pdflatex).
This is a minor fix but better to fix early.
