Add Balance Point control #298

On page 3 of the LENNOX RESIDENTIAL COMMUNICATING SYSTEMS SERVICE MANUAL, it lists a High Balance Point and Low Balance point - these are used in systems with Aux heat to control when the system chooses to run the furnace vs heat pump. I'm on a rate plan with my utility that makes it bad to use electricity during the day, but very economical at night. I'd like to be able to set those values in an automation so that I can maximize my money savings.

I've got an S30 with a 2 stage furnace and heat pump

Looks like per a recent discussion that this is already enabled in the advanced parameters.
