i tested the r212 too but had some problems.
1.as norf said the altitude hold dont works good but i think its a setup
problem.
2.gps is working very good. but it dont locks out if i fly away. is it possible
to change the code so gps lock out when i move the stick to fly to another
point and than locks the new position when i let go the sticks?
3.switches should be changed like i wrote in the last issue.
4.i cant get the quad very stable in acromode
my testflight stopped here because the quad flipped over for no reasen in
stable mode.

Remember Altitude Hold is not very accurate with BMP because of limitations on
the sensor itself. Did you try the Sonar sensor? For GPS hold, just go to
normal stable mode and fly to new position and relock. Does not make sense to
fly with GPS locked? Acromode itself is not a very stable platform and only
use gyro's so its for fun flying and acrobatric tricks. Maybe you need to
retune your Quad. I think your suggestions for the Mode switches is good... I
will look into this.

i dont have a sonar sensor. but its good to know that the bmp isnt that good
and for me its no really important to have altitude hold.
i know the gps behavoir i described from the mikrokopter project and i think
its a good feature. but if we can switch gps separatly in future its not a big
deal to lock and unlock manually.
for the acro mode i can do a really good compare to kk and multiwiicopter
because i fly them with gyros only. and espacially the mwc is very stable. but
i know that the acro mode isnt the main feature of the arducopter.

We will have to do more flight test to inspect this behaviour. I have only
a Quad with a sonar sensor, but will try to do some tests over the weekend.
