Use the **mailing list** for bug reports, patches and disucssion; This issue list is NOT monitored #213

I think I have already stated this multiple times, but it seems that people still keep using this issue list. Please post all of your bug reports, issues, patches and discussions to the mailing list instead of here. It is unlikely that you will receive any sort of response whatsoever by posting here. This list is only kept open for historical unresolved bug reports. Please DO NOT post any new issue here.

Is there a way to view existing discussions in the mailing list without subscribing? I don't want to join a mailing list but I do want to do some troubleshooting and viewing discussions would really help.

The link to the mailing list page on sr.ht itself is a preview / archive page.

Why don't you just disable issues in the repository settings @PeterCxy ?

E-mail spam filters that are used with every e-mail provider make mailing lists un-reliable. At least here, there are no comments hidden under the spam folder or just deleted with no notice.

@Techwolf The mailing list is hosted on SourceHut without ridiculous spam filtering and my own email account is self-hosted with very relaxed spam filtering rules. If you don't get a response from the mailing list, then it's because I didn't want to or have time to respond, not anything else.
