ChangeLog:

Adding a job to simply build the project
Adding a release tag on create will build a linux,mac,windows artifact and attach it to the release.

I needed a few different builds for other OSes and wrote some CICD updates that allows it to attach the binary once you create a new release. I figured I'd share if you find it useful. If not feel free to disregard.

I'm confused as to why you are building for linux, mac, and windows. This is a tool for the reMarkable tablet that is meant to run on the device itself. The existing build was already targeting the correct architecture.

Thanks for your submission however it's not really needed for this tool due to it being highly specific to the reMarkable tablet operating system. Closing this.
