certificate expired errors under WSL #23

Interesting error from srcomp deploy: image

Deployment works, though that'll be due to the deployment being over SSH and this being an HTTP issue.

Having checked the certificate on srcomp.studentrobotics.org that seems fine and the error doesn't reproduce on other computers.
