Document why we don't use Chromium for the screens #23

We don't currently use Chromium by default, but I'm not entirely sure why. I have a vague recollection that this is to do with something in the screens not working properly in Chromium, however that could well have changed as the memory is from a long time ago.

It would be good to document why we don't use Chromium, at least in part due to #22 which suggests we should bias towards Chromium for at least some use-cases.

Hrm, slightly odd that I didn't make any notes of this when adding Chromium support in https://github.com/PeterJCLaw/srcomp-kiosk/pull/6/.

Huh, looks like I might be misremembering here. https://github.com/PeterJCLaw/srcomp-screens/#browser-support indicates that Chromium ought to work fine.
