Dear Thiem,
I've just uploaded the prediction to my google drive, you should find them here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pjW7K7VJtiOp2ymfkb5xz84Ry2JVBfaS/view?usp=sharing . I have a small hesitation as I had two prediction folders that looked very similar with the same date, I hope they are the same. If something doesn't match the publish paper please reach out again.
Good luck with your work, Best, Peter

Thanks a lot Peter, well done for your link!
Dear Peter,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I have already found another table in your paper as follows. [image: image.png] I was curious about the result of 'Trained only on Breast' in the table. Can you please share also the predicted mask && GT of these images ?
Best regards, Thiem

Ah yes, I see. I am very sorry I can't find the samples on my previous laptop... These models were the ones I was using when applying to real breast cancer data but I have now moved to other models for nuclei segmentation. I can help you in training and reproducing those results tho.
Thank you Peter for your reply. Could you help to train and reproduce the data if it doesn't take a lot of your time? If so, it couldn't be better!

Dear author,
I read your paper 'Segmentation of Nuclei in Histopathology Images by deep regression of the distance map' and I found your dataset here. However, we proposed a method of post-processing that can maybe improve the performance of the experiments based on the predicted results directly. So I would like to ask if you can provide your predicted mask (in your paper Table 2) so that I can make a comparison based on it. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thiem
