Create a working GDL version #9

Create a working version of FAT that works under GDL such that IDL licences are no longer required.

There is now a version that runs fully on GDL and IDL at the same time. Hoever this version still needs debugging. You can find this version in the Branch FAT-GDL-Beta

The GDL Branch is now merged with the master branch and fully supported/tested.
