I managed to set-up an environment ni Conda following the requirements.txt.

What is PATH_TO_CHECKPOINT and how do I set it up?

I just made it run. Ok for the beginners here, replace PATH_TO_CHECKPOINT with the path to the model that you are going to use. You can find the google drive containing the models in the repository's README.
