Left audio channel on GPIO 41 in rpi3 #21

Fix for https://github.com/PeterLemon/RaspberryPi/issues/10#issuecomment-260231186

Note, I changed only the kernel8 demos (rpi3), since I wasn't sure whether rpi2 uses GPIO 41 or GPIO 45.
