Please clarify under which license the code in this repository may be used.

Hi I have no license on my stuff apart from my OpenToonz LaTeX PDF English/Japanese docs, so it could be used in the official repository. My stuff is free for people to use for whatever, I just like to hear from them if my stuff is used ;)
