Implement :active pseudo-class #266

The :active pseudo-class selector is currently not recognized.

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the test case
2. Click into the text input field

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The input field should get a yellow background and a blue text color as long as 
the mouse button is pressed but doesn't.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you 
using? On which operating system?
r427, Delphi XE, Windows 7
