The 'cursor' CSS property[1] is currently not recognized.
Which steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-backgrounds/#the-background-size
2. Move the mouse over the different rows under "Keyword values"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The mouse cursor should change to the different types of cursors.
This issue may be split into several parts if it's easier to implement. E.g.
one for the keywords, one for supporting <uri> plus one for defining the x and
y coordinates as defined in the current CSS3 UI working draft[2].
Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?
r431, Delphi XE, Windows 7
