Describe the bug The terms.html is loading a 404 error instead of the page
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to '(https://peterqho.github.io/github-issue-templates/index.html)' Hover over 'Resources' Click on 'Site Terms' See error
Expected behavior The page should load properly and show the site terms
Screenshots The following link leads to the 404 error of the terms.html
