index.html fails SEO Checker #4

Describe the bug The index.html fails the SEO checker. There are currently 16 fails and 4 warnings. The first of which is:

Your webpage contains URLs that are not SEO friendly!

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://seositecheckup.com/'
  2. Paste in 'https://peterqho.github.io/github-issue-templates/index.html'
  3. Click submit
  4. See errors

Expected behavior SEO checker should have no errors
