tours_cycle.html page is not loading #6

Describe the bug When trying to go the the tours_cycle.html page we get a 404 file not found error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://peterqho.github.io/github-issue-templates/index.html'
  2. Click on 'Tour detail link under Tour Spotlight'
  3. See error

Expected behavior The tours_cycle.html page should load up with no 404 error
