tours.html there are several tours links that are broken #7

Describe the bug On the tours.html page, a majority of the tour pages are loading the 404 error and not the page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://peterqho.github.io/github-issue-templates/tours.html'
  2. Scroll down to 'the all the tours options'
  3. Click on 'learn more'
  4. See error

Expected behavior The page should load up and not show up a 404 error
