Please find this pull request that remove the hack you made for angular support.
For me, the hack in not usefull anymore and the timeout brings performance issue with android old devices (when you are typing very fast).
I have seen your Pro plugin initiative, which is a great idea and for sure I will subscribe, but if you can publish this last fix because it is pretty urgent for me and it will take me some time to migrate to proplugins.
